Cory O. Pritt, 18, of Keating Summit Rd., Keating Summit, PA

KEATING SUMMIT- Cory O. Pritt, 18, of Keating Summit Rd., passed away unexpectedly Tuesday (March 22, 2011) in the Charles Cole Memorial Hospital, Coudersport.

Born January 12, 1993, in Coudersport, PA, he was a son of Clarence “Sonny” O. and Kristie J. Page Pritt.

A lifetime resident of the area, he was a senior at the Austin High School, graduating class of 2011.

Surviving in addition to his parents paternal grandmother, Alma Madge Pritt of Scarbro, WV, and maternal grandfather, Harold L. Page of Coudersport, PA; are four brothers, Lawrence “Joe” Pritt of Kerrville, TX, Thomas W. Pritt of Center Point, TX, Matthew T. Pritt of Keating Summit, Shawn M. Pritt of Shinglehouse; two sisters, Jeanne L. (Daniel) Shaviler of Port Allegany, Amanda L. Pritt of Keating Summit; and several nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation. Friends are invited to attend a memorial service at 3 p.m. Saturday (Mar. 26, 2011) at the AUSTIN AREA SCHOOL GYM with Rev. John Baney, pastor, of the Keating Summit Methodist Church officiating.

Refreshments will follow the service.

Memorials can be made to the Keating Summit Methodist Church or Austin Fire Department.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Switzer Funeral Home, Port Allegany.
