Joe helped me get my old house fixed up when I was young and poor in the 70's. Thanks, Joe!

You will find no greater public servant than Joe Pagano...I have had the privilege of working with him for over 20 years, he is dedicated, well respected and a humble team player. He is the backbone of many sound economic development projects completed throughout the years. Without him they would not have been accomplished. Many thanks and congratulations Joe, John Wright
