Pitt-Bradford to hold class on best use of volunteers

PITT-BRADFORD TO HOLD CLASS ON BEST USE OF VOLUNTEERS

BRADFORD, Pa. – The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford is offering a class on working with a volunteer staff.

The class, “Stretching Your Nonprofit Staff- Volunteer Recruitment, Management and Retention,” will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. March 15 in the 2nd floor classroom of the Seneca Building in downtown Bradford.

Participants will be able to focus on how to use and develop a volunteer staff effectively, whether they currently have a nonprofit staff or would like to increase recruitment and retention.

Karen Buchheit of KPBucheit Consulting will teach the class.
