Cheryl L. Oliver-Hildebrand, 59, of, 610 South Kendall Ave., Bradford, PA

Cheryl L. Oliver-Hildebrand, 59, of, 610 South Kendall Ave., passed away, Wednesday, April 6th, 2011 at Charles Cole Memorial Hospital in Coudersport.

Born September 28, 1951 in Bradford, she was a daughter of the late Lyman Oliver and Dorothy (Allen) Oliver Eakin.

She was a 1970 graduate of Bradford High School.

She enjoyed gardening, cooking, reading, and lighthouses, especially those drawn by Thomas Kincaid. She loved the Spring and Autumn for their beautiful colors as well as decorating for and the meaning of Christmas. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She was a loving, caring and giving mother, sister, aunt and friend. She was a lifelong devoted fan of the Buffalo Bills and Elvis Presley

She operated her own daycare in her home for many years until she joined Northern Tier Daycare Center as a chef as well as achieving an assistant administrative position at the center. She received the Governor's award for her service to the organization.

She is survived by a daughter, Kimberly Forwood and son-in-law Scott Forwood of Frederica, DE; three sisters, Charlotte Lewis of Rixford, Marsha Hitchcock and brother-in-law Burt Hitchcock of Bradford, Marilyn Yonker, and brother-in-law Tom Yonker of Bradford and one grandson, Scott Forwood, II of Harrington, DE and 27 nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia A. Rich and four brothers, Robert A. Oliver, Wayne E. Oliver, Douglas L. Oliver and Charles R. Oliver.

There will be no public services. Private funeral and committal services will be held in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc., East Main St., with Rev. Fred Moore pastor of Rew United Methodist Church, officiating.
