You can read the details of a well by clicking on the "i" (next to the magnify) then a green marker then "view".

You people do know that we had natural gas leaks prior to fracking right? And if you are going to use an abandoned well map in McKean County as your proof to the danger of fracking, ummm I believe Bill Engvall said it best in his hard hitting song, "here's your sign" There are hundreds of abandoned wells in Bradford, most drilled prior to 1950, and typically Fracking is not used in oil wells, in pa at least. Add on top of that, the number of green dots on that one snap shot is almost double the number of permitted Marcellus wells in all of McKean County. Sometimes the smell of natural gas, is in fact, a natural gas leak, which i am sure you wouldn't have googled if it had happened 10 years ago.....Ockham's razor look it up.

I knew it! Going to balme it on the new wells being drilled! Right, 10:48? Or are you too stupid to realize it could be a faulty furnace or a leak in the local gas line? Geez!

11:21:00 AM & 1:27:00 AM Both of you misinterpreted what 10:48 wrote.

10:48 didn't blame new wells, Marcellus or fracking for the gas odor.
There are no Marcellus wells or new drilling around that area...
but there are over one hundred orphan and abandoned oil AND GAS WELLS.
MANY are near homes and are UNPLUGGED.

The Website was called FRACK TRACKER!!! That sounds a lot to me like "wow look what fracking is doing" perception is fact, and the intent of using that name is to drive opposition to new wells.

How can you misinterpret "I wonder why?" Maybe YOU misinterpreted 4:54.
