Mount Jewett Man Faces Sex Charges
A Mount Jewett man is facing sex assault charges after the mother of a female juvenile went
to police. Court records indicate that 21 year-old Roger Crate II is facing numerous charges, including involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful contact with a minor and sexual abuse of a child.
Crate is accused of having a sexual relationship with a girl over a two year period from the time she was 13 to 15 years of age. He's jailed on $50,000 bail.

why didn't the mother have him arrested when her daughter was 13? Did she wait until they broke up to report this?

If your statements true, her mother should be charged too.
Many times the parents know, but wait til the male becomes of age and has him labeled as a sex offender for life. Those parents should be labeled as an unfit parent for life.
