I wish that WESB news would report the entire story---what year did this happen??? Is she free on bail??? Is she trying to get her life back on track?? Can we beleive everything the news reports??-u make the call!!!!!

I think we can safely believe that she sold crack to an informant...sorry, to blow your mind with that conspiracy.

Why is it that I have lived in Port Allegany almost all of my life and I don't some of the people in the news latley from here?

She is probably a transplant here from... Bradford ? I was thinking the same thing though. Oh and 8:48 I imagine she might be trying to turn her life around, it only took getting caught selling crack to an informant to show her how messed up she is.

Surprise Surprise.

The news story is reporting that she had been arrested and what she was arrested for. Does it really matter when it happened or what she has done since the arrest? If she has turned her life around, good for her. Tell her to call WESB and maybe they will do a human interest story on her that will show others in her situation what they can do to turn their lives around before it happens to them too. Then again, that would be a human interest story rather than a news report.

@8:48 - that's all the info they get from the police press release, which comes after investigation is completed.

@10:11 perhaps you don't get out and around enough? While Port is no Big City, it's still a pretty good sized town... not sure how one might expect to know everybody and everything unless you're the tax collector or some such public servant.

It seems that everyone has something to say about this... but everyone is afraid to use their name... I will, Becky is my sister & I am not ashamed of that!! Despite any faults she may have or bad decisions she has made she is a mother, a daughter, a sister & a friend to many people, we love her and we will stand behind her through this entire ordeal!! For those with genuine concern that are actually interested in "filling in the blanks" in this news report... what the article fails to mention is that this incident occurred over a year ago... and for those that want to know what she has done with her life since... she has been working VERY hard to overcome a difficult addiction...and has been doing well with that (we are very proud of her for that) and she has made great strides in once again becoming a productive member of society! For the ones who say they dont know her or think she may be a "transplant" from Bradford... she has lived in Port Allegany for the better part of twelve years... for those who have nothing better to do than sit behind a computer screen and judge people anonomously... Sometimes circumstances in peoples lives that we may not understand lead them to make bad decisions that they later regret... she does not regret that "she got caught" she is truly remorseful for the path her life took that led her to that incident... and she has accepted that she deserves any punishments that may come from this... so please try to remember that bad decisions DO NOT always indicate bad people... and before you judge others... know ALL the facts... and trying looking at yourself and your own family first... anyone can end up on the wrong path in life... its what you do to bring yourself and others back up once you hit bottom that counts!!!

I wish to add my support to Misty's coments. I happen to be Becky's mother. For those of you who choose to judge without knowing Becky or any of the circumstances, I challenge you to remember we have all made mistakes. This incident was in August of 2010. Becky has been tirelessly working with authorities to change her life. She is a beautiful, loving mother, sister, daughter and friend. She regrets her choices and is trying to change her circumstance. She would be the first to say she regrets her choices. Addiction affects the whole family. Instead of condemning her, I challenge you to lift her and her family up. We love her and stand behind her with tremendous pride.

Anybody can paint any kind of picture they like, but the truth will come out in the end, don't you agree??????? If she truly was selling, what about the people she was selling to????

Gee Whiz...I didn't know so many of you sat at the right hand of God to be judges!!

Humans make mistakes and thank God this woman's family is supporting her with unconditional love. Everything happens for a reason & she got caught so she could take a better path in life & hopefully she will continue doing so. You have my prayers young lady -- may God Bless you with success and stay clean (it's the only way).

The year was 2010. Thank you to all who send words of encouragement. We do think of those she sold to and only wish more were done to catch those who supplied her with the drugs in the first place. The epidemic of drug and alcohol abuse in that area is a tragedy beyond definition. So many beautiful loving young people have been caught up in the downward spiral. Remember these are someone's loved ones and encourage everyone you know to step up and help.

Becky, I love you! Okay, you made some mistakes and you have accepted that you must be held accountable for them, but those who know the YOU and the fact that u have had you share of struggles with addiction, they also know that you have a huge heart and HUGE capacity of love inside you. Becky, her sisters and the rest of her family are like a second family to me and have been for close to 20 years. I love you all and you are in my thoughts and prayers daily! Good luck and God bless!
