The Eagles Nest Is Filling Fast

The Eagles Nest

The Seneca Highlands Career and Technical Center, located at 219 Edison Bates Drive in Port Allegany, is proud to announce the opening of the “Eagle’s Nest” Restaurant to the public on a limited basis. Under the tutelage of their instructor, Chef Paul Farmelo, students will prepare and serve international cuisine on the dates listed below. This buffet-style lunch will include regional fare with varietal salads, meats, and farinaceous dishes, including fresh baked pastries, breads, and beverages.

Because of limited seating, reservations will be required a week in advance by calling 642-2573 during the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., and asking for the Eagles Nest. The cost is anticipated to be $7.00, cash only. Gratuities are not necessary, but compliments to the students and constructive criticism to the instructor are welcomed.

Our student enrollees represent nine sending school districts within Cameron, McKean, and Potter Counties. They are excited about this opportunity to serve the public, and to demonstrate what they are learning in the Culinary Arts Program. We hope that you will support us in this endeavor.

One seating will begin at 12:30 pm on the following dates:

February 2, 2012 Italian Buffet “FULL”

February 9, 2012 Spanish Buffet “FULL”

February 16, 2012 Asian Buffet

February 23, 2012 French Buffet

I would love to go to this. However, I work in Coudy and it's on a weekday. If you could ever have this on a weekend, it would be great.
