You would think that by 41, the man would have matured to the point where he doesn't throw things at people in a fit of a temper tantrum.

They Both Deserve To Be said...

When the Law gets done with them get a good Lawyer and sue the P*** out of both of them.

so...was Pratt a passenger or the driver? This makes no sense. What is Limitations on overtaking on the left? I thought that Jones was walking?

Good he is lucky he didn't kill anyone!

WOW!!! Not in Coudy, I must have read this wrong. I thought Coudersport people were too high class for this. Just remember this next time you ignorant people want to talk about Austin and Roulette. I feel better now. Thanks

Coudy is on such a downward spiral that the next thing you know they will be building low income housing where the Lincoln building was!

Must have been wired from all that caffeine in the Monster drink.

Curtis is my husband and he was driving a truck behind a back hoe - moving farm equipment is common in Potter County and most people handle it correctly. Pratt was driving the car and after acting like children because the equipment was moving slowly and in their way, beeping the horn and flipping him off they passed him - running an oncoming car off the road - While passing Curtis Little whipped a Monster drink into Curtis' window hitting him in the face. I'm glad they were caught and charged with something.

Wow, how childish to throw something. Not to mention, that there is exactly why there are so many accidents... idiots like them in such a big hurry to get NO WHERE! Foolish and hope they make a point out of you and your actions and throw the book at you like you threw an item at this man because he wasnt going fast enough for you. Your a joke. And Coudersport is far from being all high and mighty, regardless of what the people there think. ~ Dawn Mesler ~

11:32 i think he has relation in Austin! Go figure! 11:52 think they might catch Austin? Never happen! Bahahahah!

well i think thats not exactly what happened but think what you want. it was a spur of the moment thing i am sure and from what i heard that truck pulled out in front of them at the last minute and thats why they were angry..

You know, I have friends in Austin and also in Roulette, and I live in Coudersport. Just because there are a few who may make Coudersport look bad, there are a lot of good people who live here, too. Don't try to bunch everyone together in one bushel basket.

Hope the person who was hurt during this unfortunate event is okay.

Whether he pulled out in front of them or not doesn't matter. They were wrong. I don't like it when someone slow pulls out in front of me, but I don't put people in danger to get back at them.

Tough guys..

And you know what else is upsetting? The guy driving that was driving the vehicle is a truck driver. I'm not sure I want that kind of a person being in control of such a large vehicle, if he's willing to act like an idiot behind the wheel.

Think before you do stupid things. You could have killed yourselves or someone else.

Thats right everyone acts like they never have made a mistake , like your all perfect and never became upset or like your a god....well then to hell with all of you that think that....so i made a mistake i paid my fine i feel bad i don't think its right of anyone to say the kind of stuff you people say on here....you people weren't there to know what happened his wife tells one side of the story which is his....i may have went around him but when he was letting other cars around him and then when we get there to go around and he pulls out in front of a van that could have children in it and make the driver slam on his brakes and for me i was scared i was going to rear end the man because i had to stop so quick...please stop talking like none of you ever did anything wrong and move on as YOU SEE this happened in November and is well over with now so give it up you perfect people of and around Coudersport!!!! oh and "1235" you obviously know who i am and so therefore know i am a good person and don't think i'm a tough guy so thanks for talking behind my back!!

well Justin your right... You were just the driver your passenger was his own person you did what you had to, to keep your vehicle in control.. I can't believe he threw out a whole can of drink at the man though. An hit him

Anonymous said...

Justin, did you notify the police what had happened when you found out??

I remember news releases looking for your vehicle and the identity of the person that threw the can. It stated that the victim had been injured. Did you contact the Police to help them in their investigation, or did they find you....
I wonder if your public statement that you found out what happened that day, but quite possibly did nothing could result in more charges...

This is an extremely difficult story to follow. Anyway, folks from Austin, Coudersport, Roulette, we can throw in Galeton, Shinglehouse, Ulysses, etc... are the same. I would argue stop thinking about your own little communities & say we're from Potter County...or the northern tier of Pa. or north central Pa. & get over this crazy parochialism! We don't want accidents, crimes, etc... & let's keep it that way. We all don't.
