thanks for posting news from wjac at times watched altoona they didn't mention this and for sure noway any buffalo station would
because of zito little pissing contest with wjac we can no longer recieve them because we are in "buffalos advertising area" how many ads you going to see on buffalo as to who is running for elections and why the hell would we want to go to new york and spend
2% more in taxes and tax on a lot more than in pa. have been checking and if i'm under dish regulations might as well have dish and get rid of zito and their crappy service

You'd be surprise as to how many people go to Olean & NY places to shop. They spend an extra 2% in sales tax, which goes to NY and then the have the nerve to piss and moan when PA income taxes goes up.

Well, what do you expect when you can go to Aldis and buy milk for $1.99, or a large can of coffee for $5.00? And just exactly where do you suggest we shop in these small towns for clothes and appliances, etc....? You save a alot more even after paying for taxes and gas.

Shop at a large PENNSYLVANIA city instead of a NEW YORK one.

Stop and think ... we had those things (apliance stores, clothing stores, etc) but people still chose to go to NEW YORK. Less people shopped here, forcing the stores to charge more, forcing more people to shop elsewhere, forcing storeowners to close down.

Hey, lets all shop at the Roulette Mall. Oh wait they don't have one. Ha Ha.

to 11:56 -- I don't know i watch sales and actually support our local merchants and havew found that you can get what you need at a very reasonable price and the service can't be beat can go in the store and talk to the meat cutter, cashiers get to know you,
and my money stays in my community
which is very much needed to bring economy jobs back not stimulises to companies that go bankrupt, it is time we got back to our grassroots and turn this country around and that is what it ia going to take not all the hot air you see on election coverage or out of washington
