Unless you have personally experienced combat or any other extreme trauma, I guess it's difficult to understand. However, please do not to disrespect the many honorable veterans who have served in the midst of unimaginable horrors - and the families and friends they came home to - just because you may know of someone who is 'working the system.' You can't do what they had to do and not be affected. They don't all react the same but our vets, young and old, struggle every day with the nightmares that followed them home.
