DEP Investigating Three Spills at PGE Gas Well

PGE also had a spill near us, and did not report it. It was only when the DEP was tipped by friends of workers and truck drivers that the spills were discovered. PGE did everything they could to cover them up. I believe it was Fisk Hollow? How can you trust an industry when they try to cover spills up when they think they can get away with them? How many more unreported spills did they get away with?

That is an easy question to answer. They got away with all of the spills that they did not report.

10:16:00 AM I believe that was the PGE, Fisk Hollow in State Game Lands 59.
The game lands road is now closed to private vehicles and by doing so, has provided the operator with privacy which makes it easier to cover up spills and other events rather then report them.
The damage to State Game Lands 59 is extensive.

They got away with at least 3 at their Crosby site that I know of.

When drilling is done on state game land who did the gas company lease the land from? Is state game land public land?

All these cover ups will be exposed when they stand before GOD.

The Pa Game commission doesn`t own the mineral rights. Normally some energy company does.

It's people like you that we need on these sites.
People that have a conscience and feel a responsibility to
inform people of the unsafe practices that pose risks to
the nearby environment and the community’s health of people
living downstream... while so many workers are keeping quiet to protect their jobs.
Thank you!
