Joseph D. Stidd, 53, of St. Marys, formerly of Bradford, PA

Joseph D. Stidd, 53, of St. Marys, formerly of Bradford, passed away on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at the Bradford Manor.

He was born on August 26, 1958 in Bradford, the son of Audrey B. Fiori Stidd and the late Daniel M Stidd.

He was a 1976 graduate of the Bradford Area High School.

He was a United States Army veteran who served from 1976 to 1979.

He was employed by DeLullo Trucking, St. Marys as a heavy equipment mechanic.

He loved motorcycles; especially Harley Davidsons and he enjoyed riding Motocross. He liked to go bowling and he enjoyed working on anything that had a motor. He was also an avid Buffalo Bills fan.

In addition to his mother, Audrey Stidd, Bradford, he is also survived by one son, DJ Stidd, Bradford, three daughters, Brittany (Joe) Yonushonis, Bradford, Kayla Stidd and Shauna Stidd, both of St. Marys, one sister, Judith (Brian) Taylor, Bradford, three grandchildren that he adored, Brody, Ryder and Elliona and several cousins.

Besides his father he was also preceded in death by one niece, Jocelyn B. Taylor and several aunts and uncles.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 20, 2012 at the Mascho Funeral Home, Inc. from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at which time a funeral service will be held with the Rev. Dan Mills, pastor of the Bradford Baptist Church officiating.

Burial will be in Willow Dale Cemetery.

Memorial contributions in his memory can be made to the McKean County SPCA, P.O. Box 113, Bradford, PA 16701 or the Elk County Humane Society, 1029 East Eschbach Road, St. Marys, PA 15857.

Arrangements are entrusted to the care of the Mascho Funeral Home, Inc.
