The Potter County Farmers' Market every Friday from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m.

The Potter County Farmers' Market will be set up on the courthouse square in Coudersport today (Friday) from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. Now that we're into August, you'll find a great selection of fresh produce. Here's a preview of some of what's available this week. 

Wooleylot Farm: Fresh organic garlic bulbs, organic heirloom zucchini, shallots.

Card Creek Trading Post: Chocolate chip and walnut chocolate zucchini muffins made from Wooleylot Farms heirloom zucchini; Deli Rye bread with caraway seeds; Artisan white crusty bread; Maple Oat Scones with a Maple Cinnamon glaze; Michigan Dried Cherry and Almond Biscotti and a baking surprise! Also available will be freshly prepared green salad for your dinner table featuring vegetables from our garden with organic red cherry tomatoes from Metzger Heritage Farm ... just add anything extra you may want in your salad, and a loaf of bread, put something on the grill and you have dinner!

In addition, fresh parsley and quantities of basil for fresh pesto – add Wolleylot Farms fresh garlic – -recipe available!

Metzger Heritage Organic Farm: Beautiful organic new potatoes – numerous varieties; organic tomatoes, hot peppers (several varieties), beets, beet greens, Swiss chard, onions, carrots, peas, basil (Italian, Thai and Red).

Fitzgeralds Family Farm: LOTS of cucumbers, and cabbage, celery, plus the usual herbs, maple syrup, preserves, and buckets.

Thanks for posting! Will have to stop down and pick up some fresh vegs.
I didn't see mention of chocolate covered dildines, but I heard there might be a few available if you get there soon enough!
