Edith M. Robertson, 91, formerly of 459 Bolivar Drive

Edith M. Robertson, 91, formerly of 459 Bolivar Drive, passed away, Wednesday October 24, 2012 at the Bradford Manor.

Born April 15, 1921 in Buffalo, NY, she was a daughter of the late Frederick and Elizabeth (Britton) Gilbert.

On October 15, 1949 in Bradford she married Paul W. Robertson Jr., who died on May 7, 2009.

Mrs Robertson attended Limestone Schools. She had been employed at Dresser Mfg in the Blue Print Room for many years.

She enjoyed baking, crocheting, spending time with her family and she attended the Hilltop Baptist Church.

Surviving is a son, William P. Robertson, of Duke Center, one daughter Marjorie Dalyrmple of CO, a granddaughter, Julia Giamanco of Coral Springs, FL, and several nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 59 years, and a daughter Jill M. Bressan who died January 18, 2009, several btothers and sisters including, Helen Larson and Marion Larson.

Family will be receiving friends on Monday, October 29, 2012 from 11:00am to 1:00pm in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc. South Ave. where funeral and committal services will be held at 1:00pm, with Rev. Max Simms, pastor of the Hilltop Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in Willow Dale Cemetery.

Memorials, if desired, may be made to the Hilltop Baptist Church in Gifford, PA 16732.
