This is to show others "Do Not Try This At Home".

If you know that you will end up on this site and be laughed at, MAYBE you'll think twice before trying this.

The really sad part is that they were written in 2011 and now, nearly 2 years later, we are hearing about the people being cited. Justice moves slow I guess. Maybe Missy's needs to quit taking checks......

These people stole. Theft by deception in my opinion. It should be public.

First Of all I would like to start off by saying, any business would send bad checks that they have recieved straight to the police. I have worked for many and I know they don't put up with it. Have you ever ran a business? I personally haven't but I do know for certain that they have to send a certified letter to the people. before taking it further. Did it ever cross your minds that possibly these were the people that didn't respond to the certified letter. Don't Bash Missy an honest business owner for doing what is Right! The amount of time that it takes law enforcement or the business owner in the post is not the problem. These people are committed a crime! and I am sure if they went to Missy and took care of it to begin with their names would not have been made public. I am a customer of Missy's market, and all other small businesses in this area, Missy is a very nice caring person that understands. So Word to the Wise, If you have a bad check written to her market, just go talk to her, don't ignore it. It definately is a crime!
