Littlestown, PA, man arrested in alleged Potter County crime from 2005

Regional News Network
Coudersport-based state police on Thursday arrested 53-year old William Kennedy of Littlestown, Pa. (southeast of Gettysburg).

He was charged with felony counts of aggravated indecent assault to include forcible compulsion and corruption of minors under the age of 13. He was also charged with two lesser counts of indecent assault.

Troopers said the charges are connected to an alleged crime in Potter County's West Branch Township on August 10, 2005. Kennedy was arraigned at 2pm in District Court by Judge Delores Weiss and was committed to the Potter County jail on $50,000.

He'll return to court July 3rd for a preliminary hearing.

Sometimes it takes the victim time to understand that they can speak up and the monster can no longer hurt them, or threaten them. Why question the timing? A child molester is a child molester, then or now. I just hope there weren't more victims.
