''The Adventures of Buck Bodean'' by David Orlowski

A fictional 325 page story of a mountain man born in 1783 who needs to stay connected with wilderness he knows well, spending his lifetime in the wilderness of the Sinnemahoning Valley region of Northcentral Pennsylvania. A true Pa. woodsman who wanders throughout the vast wilderness of the First Fork in the Sinnemahoning Valley.

It tells of the years he spent alone, surviving off the land. Also in later years he moved into a small community and worked as a meat hunter for a logging company but tires of that in a short time. It tells of his personal observations of the way of the wilderness, especially those more dangerous ones such as wolf and mountain lions. It tells of surviving dangerous situations while alone in secluded places. It covers those things about everyday life as well as those that occur during his lifetime, changes in land as well as man.

Nice job David on keeping up with your writing. You know the great outdoors like back of my hand so you are the man for the job. Can you base your next story on the tale of Elmer Fudd and the Caveman Dildine like we used to tell with Growl at the Legion, or the one about Sasquatch at the Kinzua Bridge that some people swear is actually true. We have a lot of outdoors legends in the Black Forest of PA.
