It took 6 months to file charges????

Drugs were involved. It takes that long for lab results to come back.

LMAO any emergency room can know in a matter of minutes, the results of any company drug test takes less than a week. Get real!!!

I’m about as real as I can get since I work with Lab’s and the Court System. Do you think that company drug tests follow the same protocol that the Court requires to charge a person with a crime where they could face jail time? Have you ever heard of someone failing a company drug test and then being criminally charged? Nah, you haven’t because those tests don’t hold up in Court.

Don’t believe me, call your local DA’s office and ask how long it takes for lab results to come back for drugs. 6 to 9 months….

Don’t believe them, go to a trial where the Lab Director is called to testify for hours about the Labs testing procedures, the science used, ect. ect. ect.

File them charges quick and the defense attorney argues "rush to judgement". Take too long and your a lazy cop. Damned if you do Damned if you don't.

Ha! yeah, cause it's the same drug test to see if you keep your job or spend the rest of your life in jail. That makes sense.
