Clayton G. Rossman, 83, of Coudersport, PA

Clayton G. Rossman, 83, of Coudersport, PA,  died Friday, October 18, 2013 at his home.

Born June 6, 1930 in Sweden Valley, he was the son of Orten and Mable Barnes Rossman. On May 7, 2005, he married his third wife Florence Haynes. 

He attended Coudersport schools and worked as a tank mechanic for Pittsburgh Corning. A member of Calvary Baptist Church, Clayton enjoyed shooting pool, and loved spending time with his family.

Clayton is survived by his wife, 1 son: Mark Rossman of Olean, NY, 1 daughter: Joyce Miller of Coudersport, 1 sister: Jean Lewis of Fairport, NY, 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by 2 wives: Nancy and Lois, both parents, 1 brother: Harry Rossman, and 3 sisters: Margaurite Randall, Virginia Wall, and Esther Chilson.

Friends and family are invited to Clayton’s Life Celebration on Monday, October 21, 2013 from 1-2pm at the Thomas E. Fickinger Funeral Home, 210 North East Street, Coudersport, PA 16915, “A Life Celebration Home”. Funeral to follow at 2pm in the funeral home, with burial in Card Creek Cemetery. 

Memorial Contributions in Clayton’s name may be made to: Patterson Cancer Center, Charles Cole Memorial Hospital, 1001 East Second Street, Coudersport, PA 16915, or to the Calvary Baptist Church, Chestnut Street, Coudersport, PA 16901.
