The Coudersport choral group, NORTH COUNTRY VOICES will be presenting their annual Christmas Concert, Sing Glad Tidings! Sunday December 8, 2013 at 3:00 PM at the Christian & Missionary Alliance Church Route 49 in Coudersport. Musical selections will include a choral festival of traditional carols, presenting familiar carols within a fresh and creative musical setting. Songs of a more contemporary flair, such as the jazz vocal arrangement of “White Christmas”, presented by the small vocal ensemble, SECOND CHANCES, and the ever popular secular songs “Carol of the Bells”, and “Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas” will also be performed. At intermission the audience will have an opportunity to join in the singing during the Christmas Carol sing-A-Long.

The performers includes Anne Acker, Marcy Barnett, Ted Bear, Alice Buchanan, Barbara Busch, Donald Comes, Richard Darrin, Gary Doyle, Carol Empson, Angela Gerhard, Alisha Greeley, Amanda Hershey, Rose Hershey, Joseph Keller, Kathy Mitchell, Ann Myers, Valery Robbins, Stephen Sevinsky, John Sherer, Bob Smith, Dennis Smoker, Kris Smoker, Gretchen Songster, Linda Todd, Betty Wallace, and Rosemary Wells. The choral groups are directed by Gloria Richardson and are accompanied by Anne McCleary at the piano.

You are cordially invited to attend a most enjoyable and a delightful afternoon of music, to help you celebrate the Christmas Season. A free will offering will be graciously accepted to help support the efforts of the chorus and light refreshments will follow the program.
