Seeing how these are humans, with families, maybe prayers and compassion, instead of criticism and name calling would be better served right now!

Instead of being rude, maybe we can say a prayer and hope all involved are ok. The world could use a little kindness.

They just had to use the jaws to get this person out and your calling them a moron and telling them to slow down, you know how stupid you look saying that ? I think you should slow down and think before you speak. But good thing you kept yourself Anonymous. That way we don't know who the stupid one really is.

Kind of a shame the PDOT shed is right up the road and it is ALWAYS bad around this intersection. Then there is the train tracks just down the road with NO protection. Letters to Pa. Rep and to PDOT have no response yet, maybe someone needs to get hit by the train for action????

I came thru that intersection Thursday night about 630pm and I am NOT a local but have traveled thru this area with my job for many years, and I almost slid sideways and I WASNT going fast, I was going 20 mph and then came upon the car on the hillside. I HAVE complained to PA DOT and spoke to them and also to the office of Rep Causer and the railroad and they said the train tracks would be taken care of by Fall 2013. Guess the issue isn't that important yet. What would it take to put some extra skid on the Larabee Y and enforce the YIELD sign at the Larabee and some lighting/crossing on the train tracks to alert you a train is coming, instead of guessing if your life is going to be taken by surprise.

I think street lights at larabee y would be so helpful especially fir those unfamiliar with this intersection, at end of rock run, end of annin, at Brooklyn side and route 6...

For those that care...no matter how bad the area is for the road or how fast anyone was going, there was obviously something that happened and no one will ever know for sure. As of right now, I have heard of one death as a result of this accident and pray for their family and loved ones that are morning their loss so close to new years and just after Christmas.

If you were not there to witness the events that unfolded do not make idiotic comments about it. A very dear friend lost her life in the accident. Please pray for the others involved and their families.

Prayers for all involved and their families, friends and the first responders who were there to help.

It appears that the first poster was talking about a car that was already on the hillside prior to the accident from bad roads over the last few days.

Prayers for those involved and responders!

I agree with 1:44pm, before you all make your nasty comments on here when none of you know one thing about how the accident happened, Please consider family members that will be reading the inconsiderate comments by some of you! If you do not have anything nice to say "Do not comment!"
Everyone needs to be PRAYING for all those involved in this tragedy!

If you ask me, the anonymous option needs to be taken away from here...then we can see who really has the balls to make such awful heartless comments. I don't know who the woman is, but Prayers to the family, friends, and first responders. May you find the strength and peace you seek during this time. RIP

Again first poster was speaking of car already on the bank apparently. So do calm down. No one was being cruel to the people involved. Any excuse to get your hackles up I guess. My thoughts are with the family. Sorry for your loss.

Does anyone know who was involved yet? I no longer live in the area but have lots of friends who still do

My sincere and deepest sympathy to the friends & family of Ms Mcfall. I also hope & pray the others involved in this accident will be okay.

My heartfelt prayers go out to all families involved due to this terrible tragedy, the loss of a loved one is horrendous, especially at this time of the year!
Everyone one of us need to be praying & not disputing comments, I think we all can be sensitive to any family member reading these comments, it is in no way, shape, nor form to be a time of disputing one or the others comments so please just PRAY!
