Have to disagree with these gentlemen. Taking away authority and power from local governments doesn't sit well with me, especially when the ones doing the taking have received such huge donations from the industry (energy) being regulated.
That's not very Republican of you, Joe and Sam. You want to give the power to the state and tie the hands of our local governments. I am glad the courts called you on it. That's way too left-wing liberal for me and I am surprised these two Republicans came down on that side. Very disappointed in you two. Maybe the state should control everything and we don't need any local government. Is that what you guys believe?

Bad laws = bad results. Stop being pimps for industry and this won't happen.
Senator Scarnati has been a major disappointment in handling State business, not just in this case.
