PennDOT to remove weight restrictions on three roads in Bradford County

PennDOT to remove weight restrictions on three roads in Bradford County

Montoursville – PennDOT advises motorists in Bradford County that the weight restrictions will soon be removed on Route 1041 (James Street), Route 2001 (Sugar Hill Road) and Route 3010 (Mill Street) because of gas-company upgrades to the roads.

The current 10-ton postings will be removed from the following:

• James Street in North Towanda/Wysox/Sheshequin townships from its intersection with Sheshequin Road to the intersection with Ghent Hill Road;

• Sugar Hill Road in Wilmot Township from the Wyoming County line to the intersection with Quicks Bend Road;

• Mill Street in Leroy Township, from its intersection with Southside Road to the intersection with Route 414.

The postings will be lifted as soon as the road-posted signs are removed.
