The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for

NORTHERN CENTRE-CAMBRIA-SOMERSET-TIOGA-NORTHERN LYCOMING-SULLIVAN-
INCLUDING THE CITIES OF...WARREN...BRADFORD...COUDERSPORT...
ST. MARYS...RIDGWAY...EMPORIUM...RENOVO...DUBOIS...CLEARFIELD...
PHILIPSBURG...JOHNSTOWN...SOMERSET...MANSFIELD...WELLSBORO...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM TO 7 PM
EST SUNDAY.

* LOCATIONS...THE NORTHERN MOUNTAINS AND LAUREL MOUNTAINS.

* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 4 INCHES OF SNOW.

* TIMING...A FAST MOVING AND COMPACT STORM WILL BRING A COATING OF
SNOW TO THE AREA ON SUNDAY. THE SNOW WILL MOVE IN FROM THE WEST
JUST BEFORE NOON. BRIEF BUT HEAVY BURSTS OR SQUALLS OF SNOW ARE
POSSIBLE IN THE AFTERNOON AND VERY EARLY EVENING. THE SNOW
SHOULD BE TAPERING OFF AND MOVING TO THE EAST SHORTLY AFTER
SUNSET.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL WILL BE SLOWED DUE TO SNOW COVERED ROADS...AND
LIMITED VISIBILITIES DUE TO HEAVY SNOW.

* WINDS...SOUTH 5 TO 10 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...MID TEENS TO LOWER 20S.

* VISIBILITIES...BELOW ONE QUARTER OF A MILE IN THE HEAVIEST
SQUALLS.
