Death penalty first offense. Execute within 6 months of conviction with appeal.

Ricidivism rate of child molester/rapist, pedophiles is 100%.

Hopefully, the death of the perp will help the victim(s) and definitely will STOP repeat offenders!!!!

should be cut off like Lorraine Bobbit did... it makes you sick that someone who does this gets off easy but if you have a joint your a felony and do more time...our system is so wrong...

How does the parents of this child allow this scumbag to get anywhere near her?

Right on 2:09. I would say cut hands and body parts off but then we would have to support him on disabilty. You have a much better form of punishment.A Child1!!!! Does that make him a BIG MAN????

Please if you have nothing good to say....the family involved has been through enough. Nobody has good thoughts about this issues but for the sake of the victim and all involved please keep those to yourself.

10,000 bail is too low !!!! what wrong with the justice system ... I saw someone get 20,000 dollar bail for an offense that did not involve harming children ... or anyone for that matter ... wow SHM

We are not God so we do not get the right to choose what the ultimate penalty is for this crime....we may not like what has been done but to cast judgement is not our place. Prayers to all parties involved.

None of you know the nature of this person's crime or the person, but yet you are all willing to pass judgement. In case you don't know....nobody suspects that just anyone would do a heinous crime like this, it happened and is being dealt with......let the courts be the judges not you

They are here and all around us. Society still has not figured out how to deal with them. We have them in our families but we continue to deny it until these incidents happen. Then family members continue to deny it. By the way this only happens in the human race. Its interesting but very dark and destructive.

Ny concern is for the victim and potential future victims.

If any of my relatives did this, I would gladly volunteer to be the executioner if the law allowed. Stop repeat offenders like Charles Kontz. If Bethlehem is proven guilty, NEVER give him the opportunity to repeat!!!!!

Concern for victim and victim's relatives, not perp and perp's relatives who probably knew of his "ways" years ago.

3:30 You are so right. If any of my relatives did this I would be Mrs BOBBIT. I would want to protect the rest of my family and let the victum know that he is no longer around to hurt them and maybe get on with their life. They could never forget it but it would be better if he was deceased.

I'm not going to start judging any of you people for assuming he's guilty, because you simply don't know him or his situation. But put down your torches and pitch forks people. I know some of the story about this. First off, don't assume that just because the police are involved that it's true. The so called grandmother that made the accusation, the family he lives with take advantage of the checks he gets. He's been arrested before for something else unrelated, also because of these people. The people he lives with are very VERY vindictive. It's actually quite easy to go up to an officer and accuse someone of something, so just settle, ok. His life is forever ruined because of them and when found innocent frankly I believe that they can be charged for false allegations or even sued and that's for various reasons. All the money they've taken him out of too.

But it's really a shame that he's chosen to stay with these people for as long as he has, but I can't blame him for that. Not knowing what to do. Being scared. Well...now he has to worry about the crap that someone is putting him through from one phone call. These people sicken me on the same level as child molesters.

I tell every if you don't know the sitiution or the person or his disabilities or the people involved. This is true story it did happen. This situation person was victim once him self some people don't him as well as they hope or think they do incluing that care about him the most. Even the people you cared and trust him the most including the victicm and the victims parnets. This isn't the grandmother accusing when there is witness and child inform the police, CYS and and they heart ache.

Look. This how it is. If you were not there, if you were not the victim, if you didn't see him, then you can't ppst here and just say that this person deserves such and such. I can very well say that I doubt that he did this. Did it happen? If it did then sure, he'd deserve it, but knowing what I do about who he lives with sheds a lot of doubt on anything they say. So, maybe people should stop talking trash about him till it's proven one way or the other. I'd gladly eat my words, if he did, but until then I just want people to realize that they shouldn't talk like that and harm someone's reputation unless it's proven that someone did what they did.

I am not sure who the commenter is that is accusing Paul's parents of taking advantage of him and the checks he gets.....He is to pay room and board (as his mother has to cook for him, do his laundry, clean up after him...because he refuses)and then the rest goes to the multiple bills and fines he has ran up. These people you are talking about are the ones who took him in and raised him as their own and did their darnedest to deal with his disabilities; which included some extreme violence. They are not vindictive as you have claimed. They have gone to extreme measures to help this young man.
Whoever you are please feel free to say this to his family so they know who you are and can set you straight as you apparently do not know Paul as well as you think you do.
