beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother

Geraldine R. “Gerry” Feheley, 92, Orchard Park, formerly of Elm St., Eldred, PA, passed away Thursday (April 24th, 2014) at the home of her daughter in Orchard Park.

Born May 18th, 1921 in Eldred, she was a daughter of Claude and Marie Geuder Brown. On September 26th, 1941 in Eldred she married David “Dar” Feheley, who passed away in January 19th, 1988.

Gerry was a 1938 graduate of Eldred High School. She had resided in Eldred for many years prior to moving to Orchard Park in 1998 and had, for many years, spent winters with her daughter in Titusville, Florida.

She had spent most of her life as a homemaker, but had worked as a secretary along with her husband in her District Magistrate office in Eldred, for many years.

Mrs. Feheley was a past member of the Lutheran Church of Olean.

Surviving are 2 daughters, Bonnie (Jack) Fitzgerald of Titusville, and their children, John Fitzgerald, Stephanie (Benjamin) David and Tara (Troy) McCall; and daughter, Colleen (Michael) Triz of Orchard Park, and their children; Jeffrey Triz and Kari Ann Triz; 9 great grandchildren, Stephanie Baker, Michael Baker, John Fitzgerald Jr., Rachael Fitzgerald, Madeline David, Sophia David, Benjamin David, Troy McCall and Victoria McCall, as well as one great-great grandson, Braeden Landsman.

In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by a brother, Gerald Brown.

Friends may call Monday (April 28th, 2014) at the Frame Funeral Home in Eldred from 11 to 1 pm, at which time funeral services will be held with the Rev. Gary Sheesley officiating. Burial will follow in Lamphier Cemetery, Eldred.
