PennDOT Assistance, Senior Benefit Program Applications and More

To best serve you and maintain open lines of communication, I operate two full-time district offices in Bradford and Coudersport and host periodic outreach office hours in other communities.

My staff and I are ready to help answer your questions about state government issues, as well as to provide information and applications for a variety of state programs. Office services include:
 • Driver’s license and vehicle registration applications and renewals.
 • Assistance with PennDOT paperwork (lost cards, changes, corrections, special registration plates, vanity plates, and temporary placards for persons with physical disabilities).
 • Information and applications for senior citizen benefit programs, including Property Tax/Rent Rebate and PACE/PACENET prescription drug programs.
 • Information and applications for the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP).
 • Help with securing birth and death certificates (photo identification required).
 • Information about legislation.
 • Assistance with resolving matters relating to state agencies, such as Veterans Affairs, Public Welfare, Labor and Industry, Insurance, Environmental Protection or Conservation and Natural Resources.
Please contact the office in Bradford (78 Main St., first floor, 814-362-4400) or Coudersport (107 S. Main St., Room 1, 814-274-9769) Monday through Friday, or visit my website at or my Facebook page at for the latest news from state government.

 • Port Allegany Borough Office – 11 a.m. to noon.

Please stop by!

Congratulations to Cora Roth of Galeton, who was recently honored by the Pennsylvania Department of Aging with one of its Volunteer Spotlight Awards! She was presented with the award at a volunteer appreciation luncheon at the Galeton Senior Center.

Mark your calendar! The 48th Annual Potter-Tioga Maple Festival will be held on Friday and Saturday, May 2-3, in Coudersport. You can pick up all of your favorite maple products and enjoy the Maple Festival Parade, food vendors, crafts, antiques, music and even a kiddie carnival. Fun for the whole family!
