Three Black Angus yearlings have escaped from their pasture in the Ulysses area

Three Black Angus yearlings have escaped from their pasture in the Ulysses area.

They got out Friday night. They are tagged and unfamiliar with the area as they were just delivered less than 24 hours ago and are spooked.

The new owners were able to spot one of the cows, but as soon as they shut the 4-wheeler off and tried to approach it, it ran away. Any assistance in locating these cows or capturing them would be appreciated by the owners who are first timers at raising beef.

If you see them or are able to catch them or get them in a pasture, please call Ann Marie Cady at 814-848-7408.

7:00 PM Saturday--Mr. Jones...so very grateful for the power of your blog....we have located one of our cows..fingers crossed for the rest

Do they have any idea what direction they were headed in when they got out? We have been watching close here on our farm and haven't noticed any extras in the herd but will surely keep a watch for them. I do hope they get these animals back.
