Roulette Chemical Engine Co. #1 Assisted At Ladona Plaza Apartment Fire

Roulette Chemical Engine #1
5/2/14 - At approximately 23:00 hrs Roulette Chemical Engine Company #1 was dispatched 2nd alarm to Box 48-02 Coudersport Borough the 500 block of East Second Street for a reported commercial structure fire with possible entrapment. 
 
Also on the 2nd alarm with Department 48 (Coudersport) was Department 44 (Austin), 10 (Galeton), and McKean Station 3 (Port Allegany). 
 
Chief 46 (Ingalls) responded at dispatch followed shortly by Engine 46-2 w/6 OIC - LT 46 (D.Lacher), Engine 46-1 w/4 OIC - Chief 46-20 (Sprankle), Rescue 46-8 w/2 OIC - FF C.Spencer, and Ambulance 46-7 w/3. 
 
Upon arrival Coudersport Command assigned Engine 46-2 to reverse lay 1500' of 5" supply line and establish a secondary water supply on Rt 872. Manpower from Engine 46-2 was assigned with Tower 48 to Roof Operations, while 46-1 and 46-8 crews were assigned to interior operations.
 
 Roulette units were on scene approximately two hours before being released by command. Thanks to the Smethport Volunteer Fire Department for covering Station 46.

We were glad to cover your area and had a great time as well E-23 responded with 6 members and a total of 9 arrived for stand by with two chiefs. Were always here to help. We also greatly apperciate you assisting us last fall with our king street fire.
