JUNIATA...LANCASTER...LEBANON...MIFFLIN...NORTHERN CENTRE...
PERRY...SOMERSET...SOUTHERN CENTRE AND YORK.

* UNTIL MIDNIGHT EDT TONIGHT

* PERIODS OF HEAVY RAIN ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH THIS EVENING WITH
LOCALIZED RAIN RATES OF 1 INCH PER HOUR OR GREATER...SUPPORTING
ISOLATED RAINFALL TOTALS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES OVER A SHORT DURATION.
THIS COULD RESULT IN FLASH FLOODING ESPECIALLY IN URBAN AND POOR
DRAINAGE AREAS.
