I see it's been changed to surrounding area, until Mr. Phelps gets the dog and has his name in lights again and mysteriously the dog never leaves his house. watch out they are wording it to try and trick you.

His job must be a lot harder not be able to say

"See that look in my dog's eyes? That's a secret code only I know. And it's probable cause to search"

You People need to get a life & quit Bitching all the time...he is trying to help the communities with the drug problem... the dog does leave the house for drug searches and for community service at local schools etc. And if you don't want to support the cause ...that's fine but those of us who do want to will...There is no reason to be on here complaining about it if there's no money out of your pocket then you have no reason to complain. It is a much needed service and is funded entirely from donations.. not taxes so shut up already...its DONATIONS....if you want to donate ..do it...if not don't...It's that simple folks...

This seems like a good cause. I am concerned, however, about the accounting. You cannot simply collect donations. There has to be checks and balances in place. I would think the Potter County Fair Board would check for that. If I donate 10 bucks, how do I know that it goes where it is intended? I am not accusing anyone of being hanus but the basic rules of collecting donations are that there is some accountability.

Hey 1:57 I say your hanus. Don't you trust anyone?

I guess we could save taxpayers a lot of money if everyone in the area were banned from wearing clothes. (That gives just a few places to hide drugs.) It might get a bit cold during the winter months. So I guess the K-9 is a better choice.

Why would you ask for all these donations then Give away pretty much all of it as prizes???? I agree with 1:57

This as with most cases of people and businesses and charities collecting money, "prizes" are DONATED by people or businesses for the causes.
