Fish for Free Day
Friday, July 4th – Independence Day
http://www.fs.usda.gov/Internet/FSE_MEDIA/stelprdb5308115.jpgTake advantage of the fish-for-free day offered by the PA Fish and Boat Commission.  Go fishing at Sinnemahoning State Park!  No fishing license is required to fish in Pennsylvania inland waters on Friday, July 4, 2014.  Forgot your fishing gear?  No problem!!  Loaner fishing tackle is available at the park office.
  
What’s In A Pond?
Friday, July 4th – Independence Day

Discover newts, tadpoles, backswimmers, and other amazing animals that live in a pond.  Program includes a short walk to the pond. Water shoes or boots are recommended.  Nets and containers will be provided.  All animals will be released back into the pond at the end of the program.

Pontoon Boat Tours
Sunday, July 6th
12:00 Noon, 1:30 PM, & 3:00 PM
Lake Day Use Area
Join park staff for a relaxing and informative 45-minute pontoon boat tour of the George B. Stevenson Reservoir.  Program is offered on the first and third Sundays of June, July, August and September.  All ages and abilities welcome.  Pre-registration is required.  Call the Park Office to make a reservation.
