Most school incidents are covered up by school officials and never make it to the police where they should be. Teachers don't want the bad press. When it looks like our school are out of control teachers and principals start to take the heat.
Just to clear things up...the school reported the incident to the police but apparently the child that is harassing and threatening people has more rights than my child does...even though the kid is an extreme menace to his classmates and even the town. The school is doing its job..others clearly aren't.
Menace my ass! Quit crying about your namby pamby kids getting bullied. Teach them how to deal with it instead of calling on authorities to solve their issues. Raising a bunch of sissies I'll tell ya.
Thank you Mr. Young for pointing that out....if people cant sign their names they shouldnt comment...and wow im guessing that poster 5:35 was or is a bully still or the parent..nonetheless I am tryin to raise children that will be an asset to society...not a convict in our justice system.
From what I read the accused is a male and the victim is a female. And I surmise from other comments that this is not the first time that this kid has been known for this type of behavior. Sooo...To the person who is defending this child by saying that others are raising "namby pamby kids" How are you going to feel 10 years down the road when this kids wife/girlfriend goes to "A Way Out" because she's getting the shit beat out of her and possibly his children????
Geesh, I think the last three commenters need a box of Kleenex. Where I come from we take care of our own problems. Not call the police or call a Way Out.
Your surmising skills aren't very good 11:36. The comments about the previous behavior and the menace to town are not even in reference to this post. It's a sad day when we can't handle simple childish behavior in our schools without calling in law enforcement. As for the filthy headwater brat comment, I'm sure you have no problem visiting our filthy headwaters. Probably have a camp here. You should probably stay in your clean city and not worry about what goes on up here.
MAYBE, the girl tried telling the school. MAYBE, the girl did what school policy (lol) told her to do. MAYBE, the girl got no results from the school (you know, heaven forbid the school looks bad). But using the word terrorist sure got results.
I don't know all the details in this case, but what I do know is this: I agree with those that say we should take care of our own problems..the school should not have to call the police in....but in this case the parents are NOT taking care of their own problems (this child) there was a time where the father would take a child like this to the wood shed and voila the problem would be fixed, that's not happening here, these parents are doing nothing to rectify his behaviour (which has been getting worse and worse over the last few years) so the next step is certainly calling the police. I'm not sure what you people expect the school to do when they have gotten nowhere with the parents and this child just keeps getting worse. And to the post at 1:53:00 the comment you referenced said "filthy water head" not headwaters which also means "wet brain" nothing to do with the area, I did not write the previous post but thought I'ld clear that up for you. So in closing I'ld like to recap the fact that I believe the school was completely right by calling in the state boys and if you don't care enough about your child to teach him respect and to be an asset to society and not a menace....well then I feel bad for the kid because the parents didn't do their job, and at this point I think it's too late. Hope you're proud of yourselves when you have to visit him from behind bars.

I guess telling the school you're being bullied gets no results, but telling them the person is a terrorist instead of a bully does.
What an ass thing to say considering you have no idea what happened in this situation
Oddly enough this same thing just happened at Oswayo Valley and we were told we couldn't press charges. ...weird

Your reply might hold water if you'd be brave enough to post with your real name instead of "anonymous".
