Potter County Farmers' Market opens at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 26 in downtown Coudersport

Potter County Farmers' Market opens at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 26 in downtown Coudersport, adjacent to the courthouse square. With the growing season winding down, our vendors express their appreciation to the folks who stopped by to say hello and buy local produce, baked goods, dairy products, jams, jellies, preserves, honey, maple, fiber products and fine craft items.

This is the next-to-the-last week for the market. Vendors planning to set up include:

Miles Farm Produce: Onions, peppers, tomatoes, squash and pie pumpkins.

Card Creek Trading Post: All your favorites from a summer of baked goodness including biscotti, scones, cookies and Artisan breads.

Alpaca Creations: All things alpaca! Hand-knit scarves, convertible and fingerless mittens, insoles, shawls, socks, hats, hand spun and hand dyed yarns by Teresa Genaux, Juried Artisan on the Pa Wilds Artisan Trail. Red Maple Sportswear.

Other vendors may also be participating this week. Metzger Heritage Farm, Fitzgeralds Family Farm and Wooleylot Farm will not be at the Market this week.

Next week's Potter County Farmers' Market moves to the courthouse square for the Falling Leaves Festival. Many of our vendors will be set up both Friday and Saturday, October 3 and 4.
