How Pennsylvanians saved the Buffalo Bills

By Ronald Fraser
As appeared in the Bucks County Courier Times
At first glance, it seems we have only Terry Pegula, the new owner of the Buffalo Bills football team, to thank for keeping the team here in Western New York. But it wasn’t Terry Pegula that saved the Bills; it was his money — and lots of it. Where did all of that money come from?

Wow just Wow! I am from PA and I am a Bills fan, but I don't feel like that. I am not jealous that he made his money in Pa. Good for him and Terry P. I don't need a free seat at the game. I will gladly pay to watch them pay. You made your money the hard way, and turned around and kept it in the United States. People are unbelievable. You don't owe anyone in PA a free seat. He chased his dream and succeeded.

That is a very brutal, one sided, narrow minded article.....

Its hard to how much of this article is factual. Its written more like an editorial. One persons opinion. I will continue to support the NFL. Seems like they have been in the crosshairs of the tree huggers lately.

It doesn't surprise me that this is a one sided article. The obama white house and the democrats have preached for 6 years to hate the rich. Especially people in the oil and gas industry. Had Mr. Pegula donated to the democrats there wouldn't have been one negative thing said . Hell he probably would have gotten out of paying taxes also!

Funny I didn't see any anti-gas residents of NY State (you included) pony up the money to buy a second tier NFL team. How can you even comment on a man who you probably have never even met? Get a clue and worry about your own state, not a man from Pennsylvania. By the way, have fun watching the Jets

If oil boiled out of Mr. fraser's lawn would he take advantage of it? You bet he would. Green beans love money just as much or more than others.
