Blood hounds accompanied by attack dogs could find him in one day by tracking him from where he was last seen. We used patrol dogs in the Army without Blood Hounds.

This whole thing is sounding more unbelievable. Either the PSP are really good at lying, which we know they are, or are completely incompetent. With hundreds of troopers, dogs, and helicopters with infrared cameras, they are telling us they haven't caught him when they have supposedly sighted him numerous times? Keep racking up the overtime at our expense looking for this phantom.

Pull out all of the officials and their dogs and have the army drop a "daisy cutter" right in the center of his hiding spot. He'll come out.....if he's able....or if he is even still in the area.

Pete what's a daisy cutter?

I'm fairly certain there is no one that wants to catch Frein more than the state police do. But what they don't want to do is lose another law enforcement officer while doing so. The woods in that area are very thick and dense with rugged terrain. They only catch a glimpse at a time, and being trigger happy and shooting an innocent person that happens to be in the woods would cause some major issues and nasty comments from all you Monday morning quarterbacks!

You are exactly correct 5:10:00. Besides who is going to charge after a possibly armed moron that has already proven he is a murderer?

Release the drones

Dog the bounty hunter would have had this wrapped up weeks ago... WTF ?

75-100 yards away in brush so thick you have to crawl through it but I'm supposed to believe you clearly identified him as Frein? B.s.

The "Daisy Cutter" also known as BLU-82 was used to clear landing zones in vietnam. It is dropped from a large plane via parachute and detonates on contact with the ground to level the foliage for up to a 900 foot radius from point of impact.

BEFORE YOU SPEAK,TRY HUNTING THERE. WE HAVE. IT IS SO DENSE AT TIMES YOU CAN'T SEE YOUR HANDS BEFORE YOU. HE IS USEING THE BEAR AND DEER TRAILS THUR THE LAUREL TO GET AROUND. WALK IN HIS SHOES AND YOU WILL SEE HOW EASY IT IS TO STAND NEXT TO SOME ONE AND NOT SEE THEM. THERE ARE PLENTY OF WAYS TO THROW OFF DOGS WITH ALL THE MODERAN LURES WE HAVE. SURE IT IS AMAZING SOME ONE IS SO GOOD TO OUT SMART THE POLICE, BUT THINK ABOUT WHO SAID THEY ARE SMART. HAS HE HURT ANYONE ELSE YET ? ENOUGH SAID.

How about landmines? and give each trooper a map of where they have been placed.
Or try to bait him in with piles of ramen noodles at strategic places

Have to agree with Post 1:43. With these numerous sightings,(if this is so??), & with good & accerate scopes on guns, I find it hard to believe he hasn't been taken down yet. A good Deer Hunter could get his sorry ass, then should get a Metal for doing so!! AND,IF, he is still around the area???

For those of you who have nothing but negative comments about the police, next time you need their help, call a crackhead instead. If the police do their jobs the way their supposed to you complain, if you don't agree with the law, you complain, if you or one of your relatives have been arrested you hate them... I am SO tired of listening to you whiners...you cannot judge ALL police officers based on the actions of a few...anymore than you should be judged by the actions of your co-workers. This moronic mentallity gets old really quick.

they have the wrong people looking for this idiot call in some real trackers like a few well trained agents or even mercs or maybe even the domestic relations dept of our local court houses they can find anyone

The state and local police have been lying up in that area for yrs. No place worse then Potter County! You cant believe a thing they say. Is this guy really a murderer/ Do you trust the police on the witness stand? Who knows

Is there not a chopper equipped with FLIR? Thermal signature cameras? They "see" him, call the chopper to scout that area, shouldn't be too hard. These cameras see the heat coming from a body, a bear, a deer. The comment I can't believe from his father, I taught him to shoot and he NEVER misses! This from a former military man (nice)..... Understand they are hunting as well as may be being hunted by this dick^&*$. Hopefully they will be able to see him long enough to avenge their Brother in Arms death. I was recently at a PSU football game and exchanged casual conversation with a trooper, at the time I never thought to express my condolences and support to him and all of the PSP. PSP, the great majority of PA and the nation stands with you. Go down his sorry a**

Words are cheap! Ignorance is expensive!

They would not be looking for him so hard if he shot one of our family members but since it was a cop it all the OT you can get. Do the same for the common citizen is all I'm saying.
