View From My Front Porch

Is it not amazing that God paints such a beautiful landscape in the fall. No matter which way you look colors are popping from the hills. The Outdoors Club at the high school did a phenomenal job on their first Chicken Barb B Que and the Homecoming Parade came off without a hitch despite the wind and chilly light rain.

At the Elementary School 4,5 & 6th grade boys basketball has begun. Also there are a couple of field trips planned, one to the Tioga Railroad and one to a local Pumpkin Patch. At the High School Winter Sports sign ups for boys and girls basketball and wrestling are taking place until the 17th, see Ms Amy.

The Rehab Team plans to offer care in Cole Memorial’s new Shinglehouse Community Health Center Building during that following week of the 14th. Provisions have been made for any patients needing treatment during this time period.

According to Ed Fisher there is an age break between the Warriors, so this years competition will host Young Guns (4) Vs. Old Timers (3). The community of Oswayo is looking forward to welcoming them back it's been along summer.
