Carolyn S. Snyder, 67, of Coudersport, PA

Carolyn S. Snyder, 67, of Coudersport, PA passed away peacefully in her sleep at her residence, January 1, 2015.

Born January 21, 1947 in Coudersport, PA she was the daughter  of Earlist and Eva Ruter Robinson. On May 7, 1968 in Coudersport she married Terry Snyder who survives.

Carolyn was a graduate of Coudersport High School and was a licensed beautician. She worked for many years at   J. C. Penneys of Coudersport prior to its closing and recently worked at the Rite Aid in Coudersport. She was a dedicated and loving wife, mother, grandmother and dear friend to many people, and her loss will be deeply felt by those who loved her.

She attended the Christian Missionary Alliance in Coudersport.

In addition to her husband Carolyn is survived by her mother, Eva Robinson, of Coudersport, PA daughter; Tina Ling-Matterness and her husband Dave of Jonestown, PA, son; Timothy Snyder of Coudersport,PA,  grandson; Noah Ling of Jonestown, PA  and a large extended family. She was preceded in death by her father,  and brother; Gary Robinson.

 Friends and family are invited to Carolyn’s Life Celebration, Friday, January 9, 2015 at the Coudersport Alliance Church at 11am, Pastor Sam Crossley officiating. Memorials may be made to The American Cancer Society and Patterson Cancer Center, 1001 E. Second St., Coudersport, PA 16915

This makes MD very sad. I've known Carolyn for several years, she was a very sweet woman and will be missed by many peopl . R.I.P. Caroyln.
