DuBois City Manager John Herm Suplizio told the council that he received an inquiry from Jay Township in Elk County about whether the city could sell water to the township.
Jay Township is trying to find a secondary source of water in the event fracking activity near its water source fouls the water.

Disgusting. Ruining water, land and public health forever, for a few dollars, today. Many people are leaving PA frack towns. No semi-intelligent-person wants to raise their children in a toxic frack dump. I'd sooner pay NY state taxes.
