100th Anniversary: 2015 is the 100th anniversary of the Oswayo Valley Memorial Library. In 1915 the Shinglehouse Woman’s Club established a public library and free reading room. Patrons will earn an additional entry each day that they use the library. The monthly drawing will take place on the LAST Friday of each month at 5:30 p.m. After the December drawing, a grand prize thank you drawing will take place.

Soup’s On!: On February 9th, a soup supper will be held at the Oswayo Valley Middle/High School cafeteria from 4 - 7 p.m. The cost is $5.00. In addition to the supper, there will be informational displays and a raffle for a KA-BAR Tanto knife and sheath. This is the night of the home boys’ basketball game against Coudersport. Come support our team AND the library!
