Sort of vague......3 months to notice that it was missing? Why wasn't it locked up in a secure location? Sounds fishy to me...
Odd.
Maybe she had it put up, and that's why it took so long to notice. I doubt it was any of your tax dollars that were taken, as I see that they were her personal banking checks.
