SINGER-SONGWRITER ADE ADU TO PLAY LUNCHTIME CONCERT AT PITT-BRADFORD

BRADFORD, Pa. -- Buffalo, N.Y., native Ade Adu will give a free Noon Tunes concert Tuesday, Feb. 10, as part of the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford’s Spectrum Series.

His concert will take place at noon in the KOA Speer Electronics Lobby located in Blaisdell Hall.

Adu’s musical influences include Tracy Chapmen, Bob Marley, Baby Face, Seal and Dave Matthews Band.

Adu, a solo acoustic performer, sings a broad range of genres, including dance, hip-hop, reggae, rock, euro-beat, contemporary Christian rock and isn’t limited to any genre. He has performed rock, hip-hop, R&B, reggae, and even jazz on his acoustic guitar.

The show is being held in conjunction with Black History Month activities at Pitt-Bradford.

Seen this guy at the Dam Show a few years ago back before that event turned into the hippie fest. Real good show. Wondered what happened to him. If the Dam Show ever gets back to what it used to be maybe they could bring him back. The last couple years that show has really sucked and made you think you are in Colorado if you catch my "drift."
