Matt Roloff
DuBOIS – Matt Roloff, star off the reality show, Little People, Big World, is scheduled to speak at Penn State DuBois at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 25, in the campus gymnasium. The event is free and open to the public. Roloff is best known for starring in the hit show, which has aired 225 episodes on TLC. The show follows the Roloff family’s life at their farmhouse near Portland, Oregon.

Roloff will share his story of overcoming the odds to find success, as he faced the challenges of diastrophic dysplasia, a rare form of dwarfism. His determination, resiliency and creativity have fueled his achievement as an entrepreneur, author, and advocate for all people with differences.

Roloff operates a successful family farm, has authored two books, was a top salesman for Fortune 500 companies, and currently owns a manufacturing company specializing in mobility equipment designed for little people. He has served as national President of Little People of America and has since co-founded a nonprofit organization that supports little people across the nation. Mr. Roloff has also made three humanitarian trips to the Middle East to facilitate life-saving medical efforts for little people in Iraq.

Through humor and inspirational anecdotes from his life experience, Roloff's program resonates deeply with audiences of all ages and backgrounds. Additionally, he offers action-oriented advice that individuals can use to make positive changes in their lives at work, at home and in their communities.
