Gloria M. “Glo” Savoy
Gloria M. “Glo” Savoy, 78, of Largo, FL, passed away May 14, 2015 at home surrounded by her loving family. 

She was preceded in death by her sister, Nancy Smith and is survived by longtime partner and soul mate, George Burt; children David Brady of Lee, FL, John Brady (Summer) of St. Pete, Kathleen Sanders (Jim) of Lee, FL, Scott Brady (Kelly) of St. Pete; sister Donna Goldie; her niece, Dawn McCartney (Sean); two nephews; 20 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren; two great nieces and one great nephew. 

Glo enjoyed bowling, playing bingo, she played the organ, and an avid frog and bird house collector. 

She would often go dancing with George, as they dressed alike, to Country Western music. 

Glo valued her family and was the backbone that held everyone together. 

An open casket visitation will be held on Saturday, May 16 from 5pm-5:30pm with closed casket memorial service starting at 5:30pm at the funeral home. 

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2015, 2pm at Macedonia Cemetery, US 90, Lee, FL.!/Obituary
