Alvin Lincoln Baits, Jr., 85, of Gifford,PA

Korean War Vet
formerly of Groton, CT, passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2015.

Born October 20, 1929 in New London, CT, he was the son of the late Alvin L. and Helen A. (Welburn) Baits, Sr.

He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict and was honorably discharged.

His entire working career was spent at Pfizer in Groton, CT and he retired as Maintenance Supervisor.

He is survived by two children, Yvette P. Woods and Roland A. Baits; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

There will be no public services.
