Michael R. Langworthy, 47, of Coudersport, PA, passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2015.

He was born on September 17, 1968 in Coudersport, a son of Nancy Burrell Bridges and the late Jim Bridges.

He was a 1987 graduate of the Coudersport Area High School.

He was the owner of Langworthy Construction, Coudersport.

In addition to his mother, Nancy Bridges of Coudersport he is also survived by five sons, Vincent Langworthy of Port Allegany, Kadyn Langworthy of Coudersport, Camryn Langworthy of Coudersport, Ryan Langworthy of Ulysses and Ethan Langworthy of Ulysses; two daughters, Ashli Langworthy of Roulette and Hali Langworthy of Coudersport; three brothers, Bill Langworthy, Jim Bridges and Jason Bridges all of Roulette; one sister, Casey Bridges of Coudersport; three grandchildren, Harli Heller, Owen Langworthy and Lillian Langworthy; longtime companion, Amy Proctor of Coudersport and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father he was also preceded in death by one sister, Michelle Bridges and one son, Dylan Langworthy.

At the family’s request there will be no visitation. A celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, November 15, 2015 at 1:00 PM at the First Seventh Day Baptist Church of Hebron, Coudersport, with the Rev. Carl Greene officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorial contributions in his memory be made to the First Seventh Day Baptist Church of Hebron, 13 East Carley Hill Rd., Coudersport, PA 16915.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the care of the Mascho Funeral Home, Inc.

Very sad, only 47 yrs old and all those children, it's just heart breaking, prayers for the family !

I had a lot of good times with ya brother, didn't get to see ya much towards the end with the way life took us in our busy ways. I guess that just goes to show us ya never know what tomorrow is gonna bring. I'll always remember the good times we had and the last time I seen ya with your bandana, t-shirt and kahkis, and when ya walked away ya said I'll see ya later brother that's how I'll remember ya. And your right! I'll see ya when I get there brother��

Very sad news! Mike will be missed by many in our community. He was a good guy, a great construction worker and a wonderful friend. God Bless his children & all of his family. RIP Mike & fly high buddy,!!!
