At 10:55 AM on Thursday, Wellsboro Fire Department has been dispatched to Citizens & Northern Bank at 90 Main Street for an automatic fire alarm. It is determined to be a waterflow alarm. All units have been held in quarters except for one engine.
11:12 AM--No fire found. Returning to station.
