7:07 You do realize the oil industry started in Pennsylvania and has been part of the economy for 150 years. Bradford PA was basically the first oil boom. Most of the workers in PA are from here not Texas.

Oil isn`t gas.

Gas is an associated product that goes with oil production. The first commercial gas well was drilled in the Jamestown area. Not only oil but oil and gas drilling have both been part of this area's history.

Vertical gas well don`t count, they are less invasive. they didn`t start lateral drilling until 2004 around here. This is still a new process in this geographic region. Just because the fracked a well 150 years ago doesn`t make it the same.
