I had the privileged of working with Leon in the Reading Police department and FOP Lodge #9. He was a fun loving person with a great sense of humor. He was a fine officer and a great guy.

I will miss "LEE" but the times we had live on in fond memories. He really loved being with his ROSIE! She was the sunshine in his life and her bubbly ways clearly showed why he loved her so.

Fare Well old friend!
